Phone and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup

You should have received a SIM card along with your company phone. Please ensure the SIM card is inserted before turning on the device.

Power On the Device
Turn on the phone and connect it to a Wi-Fi network.
When you are in a Convergint office, select Convergint Wireless Guest as the Wi-Fi network.

Wi-Fi Password
Please contact your Line Manager or local HR department to obtain the Wi-Fi password.

Login Credentials
When prompted to sign in, use your Convergint Credentials (your standard company username and password).

System Updates and Configuration
The phone will automatically download and install the necessary Convergint software and updates, including the Microsoft Authenticator application.

Microsoft Authenticator Setup
Once installation is complete, open the Microsoft Authenticator app and follow the instructions below to complete the setup process.
