Accessing Your Convergint Credentials & Setup your laptop

At Convergint, most systems utilize a unified login process. This means you will use the same username and password referred to as your Convergint Credentials to access the majority of company platforms and applications.

Your Convergint Credentials are typically sent to you via email and will appear in the following format:

Username: firstname.lastname@convergint.com
Temporary Password: Temp-Pass-Word-937

If you have not received your Convergint Credentials, please contact your Line Manager or your local CTC Human Resources department for assistance.
